Shipping Rules
Most shipping is free on orders over $125, however some exclusions apply on larger or bulky items, as well as on some special collection launches such as Soor Ploom, Apolina and Misha & Puff.
Large/Heavy/Bulky Items - Whenever possible we aim to note within the item description if there is shipping surcharge. These surcharges also apply to returns of such items and will be deducted as additional fees when processing refunds. Such items include, but are not limited to, doll furniture, kids furniture, larger storage baskets, bicycles, scooters, ride-ons, etc.
International shipping charges will be calculated by our discounted Shopify rates. Only DHL or UPS is available for international orders so that we can guarantee tracking and swift handling of orders.
