What to bring: Comfortable clothes and yoga mat, blanket or floor pad for your baby
Join yoga instructor and mamma, Sarah Sturges, for some easy and time-effective self-care tips to stretch your muscles and soothe your tired bones. The goal is for you to use the same techniques at home to find relief during this challenging as a new mama.
Sarah will also incorporate ways to massage and relax your little one, improving cognitive and motor development in later months. So come join us at CouCou and meet other fellow moms.
Feel free to nurse, feed or change your baby throughout the workshop. No yoga experience necessary!
