Join yoga instructor and mamma, Sarah Sturges to discover all of the health and relaxation benefits that yoga has to offer you and your growing baby. During this session, you will learn how to adapt a traditional, Vinyasa yoga practice for your changing body, your expanding belly and your developing fetus.
Sarah will guide you with modifications appropriate for the various stages of pregnancy and focus on postures for common prenatal aches and pains. You will be taught breathing and meditation techniques for stress reduction. Sensory awareness training will also be incorporated so as to heighten your instincts for your own, unique needs.
All levels welcome, including those new to yoga!
