Returns

 

Defective or Damaged items - Send an email to friends@coucou-boston.com to explain the issue and include photos. We will respond with return/replacement instructions.

Returns - Most new and unused items are eligible for returns or store credit, within 14 days of items ship date.

Non-sale items, may be be returned with three options and exclusions:
1. Store Credit - Free Return
2. Exchange* - $7 Exchange Fee + free shipping
3. Original Payment Method - $7 Restock Fee
4. *Oversized shipments may incur a larger return shipping fee. Those items will be indicated as such in their product descriptions and we will contact you with more details in the event such items need to be returned.
All Sale items are eligible for store credit only. Note that items on temporary sale, may be returned as normal for full refunds.

All Final Sale items are non-refundable.

Products must be returned in unused, unwashed and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging included.

CouCou does not accept the liability for shipping loss or damage of returned items.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

All returns will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the items.  Please allow extra time during peak season launches or holidays.

*Exchanges - At this time, you can create an automatic exchange only for the same item in a different variant (size or color).  If you would like to exchange for something entirely new, please return unwanted item for store credit and then purchase new item.
