Filing a claim

If you have any concerns about your order, you can report it within 72 hours of delivery by filing a claim. After this time, if no claim is filed, the sale will be considered final, and disputes will no longer be accepted.


How It Works

  1. Report an Issue
    Please submit a dispute form here within 72 hours of receiving your order to file a claim.

  2. Provide Supporting Details
    Please include clear photos and any relevant information to help us investigate the issue.

  3. Receive a Refund
    Once your claim is reviewed and if it is approved, we’ll either send you a return label to send the item back, or process your full refund immediately and ask you to keep/donate the item.


What’s Protected?

  • Wrong Item
    The item delivered is completely different from what was ordered.

  • Counterfeit Products
    Items found to be non-authentic.

  • Misrepresentation
    Significant flaws or issues not disclosed in the original listing.


What’s Not Protected?

  • Fit/Size
    Items doesn't fit as expected or is too small/too large

  • Color
    You don't like the color

  • Style
    You don't like the style or how it looks on

  • Fabric
    It feels itchy, stiff or not as soft as you hoped.
