At Little CouCou, each gift is carefully curated and packed with thought and care. Because our boxes are designed as personalized gifts, all sales are final and non-refundable. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged. If you experience an issue with a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coucou-boston.com with your order number and photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125 (before tax and discounts).

For orders under $125, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on our discounted Shopify carrier rates.

We ship using USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries, and DHL for international shipments.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier, but most domestic orders ship within 2–5 business days.
