GOMMU was born in late 2020 as a mother/daughter project. New generations are really aware of the need for great change to work better with our planet. This brand made sense to us from the very beginning, and we walked together learning more every day, finding our way to create the most sustainable toys brand, with these wonderful natural and biodegradable toys. We couldn't find this concept anywhere else.
GOMMU means rubber in Japanese. We love this culture, their simple and functional shapes, the aesthetics, the respect for each other, for their ancient heritage, their personal space, and, of course, for nature and Wabi-Sabi, which is a wonderful approach to imperfection.
